Conditions of Return of Goods
We all wish for a trouble free transaction and for the most part that is the norm, sometimes in the real world things can go awry, to this end Gail hopes to offer a fair and client friendly resolution, should that be the unfortunate case.
All returns must be in an unworn, unmarked, as new condition and complete with their original tags in place as received.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all care taken to protect the item for its return journey. We are entitled to make a deduction from the refund for any diminution in value of the returned goods caused by handling the item beyond what’s necessary to be sure they are what you ordered.
Any refund will be issued to the original card that was used for the purchase within 7 days of receipt of the return once the return has been inspected to ensure all criteria are met. However return postage will not be refunded unless the product was received in a faulty condition.
The process is very straightforward. I require your hat size and any additional information regarding the colourway, design, style and adorments. Together with any images you feel will help me to get a feel for your request. Then I mock up your hat and send you the images, you check it over and inform me of any changes. I make those changes and resend the images. When you are happy with the design we will sort out delivery. Either next day signed for tracked postal at additional cost of £10 or collection at the next available event we are both attending. Only then will payment be requested by either pay pal,BACS or payment upon collection at the agreed venue.
